Coastal Vacations was founded by a successful entrepreneur and business man by the name of Fred Combs and now governed by the board of directors.
Who is N.B. Management and where are they located at?

N.B. Mgmt is the fulfillment company Coastal Vacations hires to send out the various travel packages and certificates. They are used by many other top travel companies throughout the world, not just Coastal. They are strictly a fulfillment house and have no affiliation with Coastal Vacations. They are based at 7862 Irlo Bronson, Suite 236 Kissimmee, FL 34747.
How do I know this isn't a scam and will be shut down tomorrow?

All of the companies that you will be representing in this package are some of the most respected, largest, and ethical companies in the vacation and travel industry in the world. Companies such as Disney, Sea World, Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Alamo Rental Car, Hotel-At-Half Price, Northwest, Southwest, Continental, Delta, and United Airlines, Quest International, Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Radisson, Sheraton, Best Western, and to name just a few of the companies that are part of every Coastal travel package. Coastal only works with companies who are licensed and bonded, and most of the companies have been in business for the past 15 to 80 years. TV Travel’s Corporate office is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the years, we’ve had hundreds of clients and prospects visit with us and leave our offices with the knowledge and understanding that they are in capable and reliable hands.
What hours of operation does TV Travel take my prospects calls?

The Call Center hours of operation are 7am-7:30pm Monday- Friday (MST) and 8am-2pm Saturday. However, many of our Sales Associates will make calls based on the schedules of our prospects and clients.
Why is this not MLM (Multi-Level Marketing)?

For one if it were I wouldn't be in it nor would most all the business owners that are now. Different from MLM, TV Travel is simply a Direct Sales Company. MLM is a marketing system whereby a person builds a down line of distributors to sell a variety of products, and then splits the commissions throughout Multi-Levels. Most often in MLM, there are meetings to attend, monthly purchases, or qualifications required, and it usually takes a large down line in order to actually make any kind of decent income. TV Travel directly sells to your prospects and although we do offer referral based commissions, it is just a single level of referral. There are no long down lines representative of traditional MLMs.
I Do I have to quit my job if I want to start my own TV Travel business?

No, at least not until you want to or can financially. Many business owners simply continue their current employment until they reach the level of income they desire. Others choose to leave their profession sooner, so they can focus all of their efforts toward earning a faster return with TV Travel. Obviously, this is a personal decision that only you can make that's best for you, your family, and your business. Your income potential is mainly determined by your efforts and realistically, the more you put into it, the more you can get out of it.
Can I be successful without any sales or marketing experience?

TV Travel has a professional full-time sales staff that do all the selling and presentations for you. You simply advertise and market your business like you would any other business. TV Travel also provides a Marketing and Advertising Department to help you create the perfect marketing program.
In addition to people I know personally, how can I find others who want to build a business with us?

Advertise! If you want to work locally, gather up samples of shopper's guides, newspapers, magazines, etc. Examine their Biz Op sections, and decide where you are most likely to reach the men and women you want to attract. There are also dozens of publications that cater to opportunity seekers. With the product value that we offer, plus the amazing commissions, just a simple, inexpensive classified ad should be more than enough to keep you busy!
Can I work the training and business building around my schedule?

Yes. The reason the TV Travel opportunity interests most people is because they handle most of the work. You don’t have to worry about anything other than the marketing and advertising and you can obviously do that at any time of the day. It is best to block out a short period of time each day to work on building your business, rather than rely on large blocks of time on a weekend or day off. Our typical client spends 1-2 hours a week on their business.
Do I have to approach my family and friends?

Will sales center reps steal your sales or not give you credit for them?

All Sales Center Reps at TV Travel sign a non-compete agreement. These sales people are not in Coastal and the ONLY way they make money is by making sales for you! The leads in your call center back office belong to the clients who referred them, not the call center. They are there for you to view on your back office website, so you know who is responding to your advertisements. The call center track where the leads are coming in from too, so a marketer knows how their advertising is working or not working. YOU can call those leads, work those leads on your own, or allow the call center staff to close the sales for you. It's your personal choice of how involved you wish to become. This is by far the best and simplest way to allow those who have a fear of selling or cannot sell to be able to do it with success without having to sell.
Are TV Travel Sales Associates reps in Coastal?

Many of our Sales Associates were active Coastal Representatives. This is a great advantage for your business. They are very knowledgeable about the product they sell on your behalf. Since joining TV Travel, they have experienced significant sales growth because they now have hundreds of members advertising and instead of doing all of the advertising, marketing, prospecting themselves, they can focus on what their specialty is, and that’s SELLING!
Do they steal sales from people who do not call in under ID #?

Absolutely and positively NO. If a prospect calls in and doesn't have the ID number, they will be instructed to go back to the website or the advertisement they saw the ad in. If they still can't find it, the rep will politely tell the person they’re sorry but they can't talk to them about the opportunity. This is a LONG TERM business and to do that takes the utmost integrity. The Sales Reps cannot process a sale without the appropriate ID number.
Does the Call Center end up teaching people to NOT work and be lazy?

TV Travel realizes that every person has certain talents and deficiencies. Most people are uncomfortable selling, which is critical in a commission-based business. All we did was take the hardest part of the business away from our members and put it in the hands of professionals that sell for a living. This is not intended to make people “lazy” or not work, it is intended to give them a greater opportunity for success.
Do they teach people NOT to sell on their own?

NO! Our members are encouraged to use the Sales Professionals that are part of the service that we offer. Why wouldn’t you! Wouldn’t you want someone who sells our packages for a living to handle the calls for you? However, we also encourage our members to take an active role in this business and to use their time promoting and advertising the business. TV Travel does provide a section Be A Pro Closer that will allow you to train yourself and pass a simple exam to be a closer and close sales on your own if interested.
Does the Sales Center telemarket people and bother them?

No, the staff at the TV Travel only call prospects that have responded to our member’s advertising and are simply calling them back. They usually schedule an appointment with the prospects and people really look forward to the calls to get all there questions answered.
Does the call center accept credit cards for payment?

Yes! TV Travel accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders.
I need money and don't like to travel. Can I still sell the Coastal travel packages?

Yes, you can...however, I do recommend using the vacations in some way because like in any business you must "Be a product of the product". Meaning you can't be passionate, informed, knowledgeable, and be truly convinced of the product’s immense values unless you have been to the resorts, hotels, condos, and saved a ton of cash yourself. Most of the vacations can be transferred to someone else who then could utilize the savings. If for some reason you are unable to travel, you would have a powerful incentive package for friends or anyone who you would like to reward.
Can I start my own Coastal business and not utilize the Call Center?

Yes, the call center is just a revolutionary option for business owners. Some people are good at sales or are current or ex-travel agents that don't want to use the Call Center. But, please realize that if you are going to build a distributor organization, 95% of people aren't good at and dislike sales and will probably become another home based business fatality. We have highly-trained Sales and Marketing Associates that are happy to do the selling for you or your future clients. If you decide you would like to be active in the sales of your business. Take the “Be a Pro Closer” exam and you will be able to prospect and close the sales on your own and still have the benefit and resources of TV Travel for you and your future clients.
Can I start my own Coastal business if I don't want to use the Call Center or EVER talk to anyone about the business opportunity side of Coastal? I see the huge potential in the retail side of the business.

In a way, Yes! You certainly have the ability to sell the packages at a retail level. That is specifically why we have 2 distinct websites that promote the product and the business opportunity individually.
When I get my travel package what other costs are there if any?

You will need to send a one time payment of $25 US to N.B. Management to activate your (20) discount membership cards. $55 US for international activation of your discount membership cards. Then in the future if you want to activate certain vacations the cost is only the $6.95 for shipping and handling.
How do I get paid by TV Travel?

TV Travel wants you to realize the fruits of your labor. That is why we pay out every day, instead the industry standard of paying monthly. We want you to have that money back in your pocket because that will get you even more excited and probably encourage you to get out and market your business more than ever. We send our commissions directly to you payable by Cashier’s Check from Bank of America®.
If I start my business and invest initially at the $199 Bronze Level can I upgrade later to the Platinum Program so I can make larger commissions?

TV Travel wants you to enter the business at the level that makes economic sense to you. You will always have the opportunity to upgrade to our Platinum Package; however, we usually provide incentives to encourage you to start at our Platinum Level because this level increases the amount of commissions you can earn, thereby maximizing your income opportunity.
How much does shipping cost for the travel packages if I live in the US or if I live in another country?

There are no costs to you for shipping. TV Travel handles all of the shipping for you as a member benefit.
